Review Purpose
Our teams critical friend evaluation of tender and bid submissions compiled by our client’s internal teams to identify quality of submission and identify areas for improvement.
Identify Shortfalls
Our reviews seek to identify where submissions have a shortfall between the specification, the scoring methodology and the responses given. We seek to identify excessive use of copy and paste, and inappropriate plagiarism of responses.
Feedback
Where available in conjunction with the review of the specification documents, the submission we will additionally review the detailed feedback to establish lessons learned from the perspective of the commissioners and establish content improvements to narrative responses
